BDCM Services is a boutique design and construct builder based in Brisbane, with a growing presence on the Gold Coast. Founded by Director Nathan Burden, who brings more than twenty years experience, BDCM has built its reputation on complex, design led work that most builders will not take on.
They come in early through ECI, sit alongside the client and the architect, solve the hard problems before they reach site, and carry the project through to a turn key result.
Tier one systems, a hand picked team and a genuinely low ego culture sit behind a portfolio of high end residential and mixed use projects across South East Queensland.
The rebrand and website exist to close the gap between what BDCM actually deliver and how the market currently sees them. The brand needs to read high end, bespoke and exclusive, sitting slightly ahead of where the business is today and reflecting where it is credibly on track to be, so it attracts clients and senior people of that calibre.
It must also hold for the next ten years, which is why the hero moves toward lifestyle and builder led imagery rather than project specific footage.
